CE MOIS-CI / February 2022
February 15, 2022
Here is our latest content for the monthly subscription.
Spring is on the horizon after a particularly challenging winter in North America.
Even though face-to-face courses are making a comeback, distance learning is still a very relevant complementary training medium. That’s why we are constantly creating new ones.
For individual subscribers, our basic subscription price has been radically reduced since September 2021. It is now 13€ or 19$CAD per month (130€ or 190$CAD per year). Do not hesitate to tell your colleagues who are not yet familiar with the E-Cademy.
However, it does not include the courses that are available to entrepreneurial or academic clients. However, in the near future, our variation on a “finance for non-financial people” course will be available in the heart of the platform.
For our February 2022 educational film, Professor Jacquet pursues the analysis of multinational giant Unilever with a second film which addresses non-financial information and particularly issues of sustainability and social relevance.
Our vidcast gives Professor Jacquet the opportunity to revisit the first educational film produced by the E-Cademy two years ago, in January 2020, about Facebook. This time, he puts into perspective the financial analysis he made then, comparing it to the current situation, after a sharp drop in the stock market value of the company now named Meta. He does not hesitate to identify the elements of the analysis where he was wrong.
It’s fascinating to look back now that we’re two years old.
This month, the blog talks about the disappearance of the luxury goods company ST Dupont from the Paris Stock Exchange in the face of sadly negative operating results.
Of course, you can still access all of our previous educational films, videos and blog posts.
May spring be kind to you.
