In recent months, in line with Dominique Jacquet’s educational commitment, we have created several tailor-made courses for corporate and academic clients. They used a variety of approaches, from live presentation, blended learning, to comprehensive interactive multimedia training that included both video e-learning and the interactive learning model.

Executive training in blended learning

For an important multi-national telecommunications specialist, Professor Jacquet has created a multi-level training (blended learning) to help managers to better interact with the financial management of the company.

The training was done in 3 stages, the first consisting of a seminar addressed to the managers of the company so that they learn a minimum of financial concepts. The second consisted of a 2-day meeting that thought value creation. Finally managers regularly attend a “case of the day” class inspired by recent financial events and lasting about 45 minutes, allowing to return over the principles learned.

Interactive training in value creation

In collaboration with StratX, Professeur Jacquet has created an impressive training on value creation with animated videos, on-screen aniation and interactive coaching exercises.

The training is comprised of 4 modules

4. Operational Levers of Performance
